车载DVR能否开启存储监控新概念?

  所谓车载DVR,即采用1U的标准架构,安装于公交车辆的收音机或者CD播放机的位置,接入1-4路图像,来对车辆中的情况进行监控并录像,目前车载DVR采用的压缩算法主要为MPEG4与H.264。

  厂商们为这种应用于车内的嵌入式DVR起了个好听的名字,MDR或者MVR(Mobiledigitalrecorder或Mobilevideorecorder)。于是,“Mobile(移动性)”成为了车载DVR与普通DVR最大的区别。正是由于车载DVR具备这种移动性,便为车辆在移动过程中的安全监控提供了良好的条件。

  是不是普通的监控DVR都能用于车载?答案是否定的。虽然与普通DVR一样采用嵌入式系统,但车载DVR技术比普通DVR更为复杂,需求解决的关键也不同。因为车辆在移动过程中,免不了会遭到震动、灰尘、供电量大等问题,这些都注定了车载DVR的应用环境比普通DVR的更为恶劣。

  车内环境恶劣,多技术融合“稳”操胜券

  据了解,为了保证公交车在运行中仍能实现流畅地存储,厂家们对车载DVR的加强技术主要包括防震、稳压电流、散热性、无线传输等。这些技术的完美融合,都是为了进一步提高车载DVR存储的稳定性。

  减震

  在这些减震环节中,硬盘的减震则是重中之重。这是由于车载DVR中最容易损坏的部件便是硬盘,如果硬盘一旦遭到损坏,便无法将车内情况进行存储,因此硬盘的减震问题显得尤为重要。

  对于目前减震的方法目前市场上大多采用弹簧、橡胶垫作为防震材料的结构,虽然在垂直受力方向上能起到一定的作用,但实际上在行车状态下(特别是在恶劣的路况条件下)其震动方向是不规则的,长时间使用必然会导致设备发生故障。弹簧跟橡胶垫其实并不能吸收震动的能量,反而会将这种能量进行存储,当达到一定程度后,会造成更大的反弹。据他介绍,目前有一种橡胶垫内加油囊的作法,主要是利用油的压缩比空气小的优势,以达到更好的减震效果。

  此外,还有一些厂家也有针对车载DVR进行硬盘悬挂避震或机箱悬挂避震的设计,是将硬盘或整个机箱达到“悬空“状态,以达到减震效果。

  稳压电源

  除了减震,车载DVR中的另一个重要技术便是电源的稳定。由于车辆在行驶过程中,车辆会有刹车、爬坡、点火等动作,这种行为都会使车辆的输出电压产生不同幅度的波动,很容易造成烧坏车载设备的现象,因此车载DVR本身必须具有宽电压输入能力来适应这种电压变化。

  据了解,公交车在运行过程中,会存在温差变化较大的特点,很多公交车都是将车载DVR安装在司机座椅下或者驾驶座顶部封闭的空间内,这就对车载DVR的使用性能提出了更高的要求。

  不过,有业内人士认为,由于国家和地方政府对GPS定位系统有具体的要求和相关文件,很多运输公司都强制性装备了GPS定位系统,所以车载DVR所加入的GPS功能,是比较符合公交车需要的。

  未来:让存储更智能

  从以上介绍看来,车载DVR仿佛已经比较完善了。然而,只有不断创新,才能使车载DVR市场发展得更快。从采访中笔者了解到,目前厂家们已开始考虑对车载DVR某些功能进行智能化处理,比如说增加人脸识别、人数统计、特征识别等功能,增加车载系统的的实用性和针对性,让存储更智能化。

  更重要的,是智能视频技术可以通过分析实时的或记录的视频流,从而检测出可疑的活动、事件或者行为模式,可以使视频监控从事后搜寻犯罪嫌疑人转换为一种事发当时阻止犯罪发生的辅助手段。

  智能化在未来车载DVR的存储应用中将起到越来越重要的作用,厂家们也会继续根据用户的需求,研发更多的创新技术,以保障记录数据的完整性与可用性。
